| Perhaps the most beautiful single of dEUS,
Little arithmetics appears here in a slightly cut version, although this edit is actually acceptable. The slightly chaotic part at the end is made a bit shorter, as is the keyboard intro at the beginning. The
b-sides are nice- My wife Jan (aka ‘Sexmachines’) is an old dEUS song they played live lots of times, but wasn’t on
In a bar under the sea. It’s the only track which has Rudy Trouvé in it, playing the electric guitar. The tugboat is a quiet, simple little song, but nothing that’ll blow you away. Everything is the same, is an equally quiet and acoustic track, which has some nice miauwing by Stef Kamil Carlens. There are singles with better b-sides out there, but this is still worth some of your spare money. | |
