| Just how limited this limited
single actually is, I don’t know. This version has an alternative Roses mix by Peter Vermeersch (co-producer of the first dEUS releases), but it’s not very different from the regular version- just a slightly different arrangement. The three live tracks are magnificent. They were recorded in Vienna, november 11th 1996, when Rudy already left dEUS, and Stef Kamil Carlens was already replaced by Danny Mommens as well. It’s unclear who’s exactly in the Vermeersch version of Roses; SKC was certainly still doing some vocals, but I can’t tell if Rudy was in it or not- so- it’s possible Rudy wasn’t on this cd at all. But don't let that stop you from buying this otherwise terrific single. | |
